By creating an account or using InnerLeafs, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use InnerLeafs. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and TwinFlame Development, LLC ("InnerLeafs," "we," "us," or "our").
InnerLeafs is a reflection and communication tool that supports personal insight and meaningful conversations with others. It is not therapy, medical care, or a replacement for licensed mental health professionals. InnerLeafs does not diagnose, treat, or prevent mental health conditions.
If you are concerned about your mental health or emotional wellbeing, we encourage you to speak with a licensed mental health professional or counselor.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or may harm yourself or others, call 911, 988, or your local emergency services immediately.
InnerLeafs is currently offered as a beta product. The service may be unstable, incomplete, or subject to significant change without notice. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Beta access may be limited or revoked at our discretion.
You must be at least 18 years old to use InnerLeafs. By agreeing to these Terms you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly at support@innerleafs.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
What you own. You retain ownership of the content you create in InnerLeafs, including reflections, messages, and other material you submit ("User Content").
License to us. By submitting User Content, you grant TwinFlame Development, LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit your content solely to operate and provide the service to you and the people you choose to share with.
Shared content. InnerLeafs includes features that allow you to share content with other users (such as grove members and garden club connections). You are responsible for what you choose to share. Content you contribute to shared spaces may remain visible to other participants even after you delete your account.
Content standards. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harassing, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights.

InnerLeafs may offer paid subscription tiers. Subscription terms, pricing, and payment processing are described at the point of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We may change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
InnerLeafs and its original content, features, and functionality — excluding User Content — are owned by TwinFlame Development, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our name, logo, or trademarks.
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TWINFLAME DEVELOPMENT, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100).
You may stop using InnerLeafs and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 6, 9, 11, 12, and 14.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the service or by email. Non-material updates take effect immediately upon posting.
